I second the All Free and Clear. And I will add that Owen has pretty sensitive skin, so I used it for about 9 months. But I think most babies are OK to use regular detergent after about 4 months. I know quite a few people who are allergic to Tide, so avoid using Tide when you switch back to regular detergent...or at least ease into it to make sure TH isn't allergic :)

Yes, bring the boppy... it was handy for nursing, propping up me in my soreness and as a pillow for John. Someone told us to bring tennis balls to use to massage pressure points on your back during labor. We brought them but didn't use them. John echos the blanket idea for the hubby. Stephen may want a book to read. I brought maternity undies which I liked better than the mesh ones they gave us.

Boppy for sure, House shoes that slip on, cozy maternity pjs, bedding for Stephen. They will probably just give him a chair to sleep on. If he has a pillow and blanket from home, he might sleep better. Also, i took leg warmers because I heard the delivery room was cold. I was sooooooo glad that I did too. Good luck finding leg warmers this time of year though.
